Grace Immersed  

When fleeting time frisks by in saddening wonder

And moments spring forth with a blast of joy,

When teardrops punctuate but seem to last forever

Is this really a mix to truly annoy?

 

For we're amid these in God's grace immersed

Kept from the enemy's concerted employ,

And tho' days quickly pass; years flit by

God's sufficiency will all evil destroy!
