Prayer for Salvation

Heavenly Father, 

I repent knowing that I have sinned against You. Please forgive me of all my sins. 

I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and Your Only Begotten Son.  He died on the cross, rose from the dead and is seated in Heaven at Your right hand side. 

Thank You for saving me and accepting me into Your family.  Help me to serve You.  Show me how to live my life and fulfill the calling of God. 

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

 

"For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved."

(Romans 10:13 NKJV) 

 

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved."

(Acts 16:31 NKJV)

 

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe

in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead,

you will be saved."

 

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness,

and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

(Romans 10:9-10)
